Ham with

 Boiled Egg and Chives

Shrimp with Mayonnaise

Pumpernickel or other dark bread

Butter or margarine

Sliced ham

Lettuce

Hard boiled eggs

Chives

Butter the bread. Place a leaf of lettuce on top of the sandwich and a slice of ham on top of the lettuce leaf. Put sliced hardboiled eggs on top of the ham and sprinkle chopped chives over the sandwich.

White bread

Butter or margarine

Cooked shrimp

Mayonnaise

Dill

Butter the bread and cover with shrimp. Place a dollop of mayonnaise on top and garnish with a sprig of dill and a lemon wedge.
